How to make a returnContact our manager in any convenient way to let us know about the return.Once we receive the parcel, our team will inspect the item.Please make sure that:● all tags, seals and the original packaging are kept and neatly folded;● the item has no signs of wear, damage, stains or foreign odours.If everything is fine, the money will be refunded to the cardused for payment within 3–5 business days!
A few important points:● Return shipping is paid by the customer.● If the item does not pass inspection, we will have to send it back.● The return must be sent by the person who received the order.● If someone else will be returning the item, please let us know on social media and share the sender's details.● Items made to your measurements cannot be returned.

Exchange conditionsHow to exchange an item: message our manager with the reason for the exchange and the size / model you'd like.Then send the item via Nova Poshta to the branch indicated by the manager.Once we've checked the item, we'll send the replacement or refund your money.
Please note that an item cannot be exchanged if:● It shows signs of wear, damage or foreign odours.● It is lingerie, a bodysuit, a corset or another personal hygiene item (under the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection).● It arrived without seals, tags or with damaged packaging.● Made-to-measure items can only be exchanged for the same item in a different size.
